Snug Harness

The BGD Snug is a lightweight XC harness that prioritizes comfort and weight over the reversibility and bulk of a student harness. When you've progressed past the training hill phase and are spending your flying time in the air rather than on the hill, a dedicated XC harness like the Snug makes a real difference. The sitting position is more reclined than a reversible harness, which improves your ergonomics for longer flights and gives you better weight-shift feedback to the wing. BGD has optimised the Snug for comfort on flights lasting hours — the padding, the seat board, and the adjustment system all reflect careful thought about what a pilot needs on a long XC day. At a competitive weight for a non-reversible harness, the Snug is also suitable for pilots who do some hike & fly. It's not as packable as a dedicated lightweight harness but it's lighter than most XC harnesses with reserve containers. A solid choice for pilots making the transition to serious XC flying.
