Terms and Conditions for FlyWithJordan Flight Vouchers
Non-Refundable
All FlyWithJordan Flight Vouchers are non-refundable unless specified by management for weather-related cancellation by FlyWithJordan and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other goods or services.
Validity Period
Flight Vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any  unredeemed services after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund or compensation.
Redemption
Gift cards and/or Flight Vouchers may be used solely for the services specified at the time of purchase, including paragliding tandem flights, paramotor tandem flights, and instructional lessons. Redemption is subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance by contacting FlyWithJordan. A digital copy of the gift card is sent with each order, and this digital copy can be redeemed as proof of purchase.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
All rescheduling and cancellation requests are governed by the FlyWithJordan Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (available on our website and provided at booking). Failure to comply with this policy may result in fees or forfeiture of the voucher. Weather-related cancellations by FlyWithJordan are fee-free and handled at management’s sole discretion.
Weather and Safety Considerations
All services are subject to weather and safety conditions. FlyWithJordan reserves the right to reschedule any service if conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases, the validity period of the gift card may be extended at FlyWithJordan’s sole discretion.
Misuse or Fraud
FlyWithJordan reserves the right to void any gift card in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Liability Disclaimer
FlyWithJordan shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. The holder of the gift card is solely responsible for its safekeeping.
Amendments
FlyWithJordan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available upon request or on the official FlyWithJordan website.
 
By purchasing or using a FlyWithJordan gift card, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. For any inquiries, please contact FlyWithJordan directly.
 
FlyWithJordan Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy(Applicable to gift cards, tandem flight vouchers, and instructional lessons purchased through FlyWithJordan)
Cancellations with 48+ Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be processed without any fees. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method (or the voucher will remain valid for future use, at the purchaser’s election).
Cancellations Between 24–48 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $40 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method (or credited toward a future booking).
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $60 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method (or credited toward a future booking).
Rescheduling
48+ hours’ notice: Rescheduling is free of charge.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: Rescheduling is permitted at the sole discretion of FlyWithJordan and may incur the applicable cancellation fee (as outlined above) if treated as a cancellation.
Weather-Related Cancellations or Rescheduling
If FlyWithJordan cancels or reschedules a flight due to weather or safety concerns, no fees will apply, and the voucher remains fully valid. Extensions to the voucher’s validity period may be granted at FlyWithJordan’s sole discretion.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the voucher with no refund or credit.
Refunds & Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Digital vouchers remain active unless explicitly canceled.
Management Discretion
FlyWithJordan reserves the right to waive fees or make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
