Terms and Conditions for FlyWithJordan Flight Vouchers
Non-Refundable
All FlyWithJordan Flight Vouchers and gift cards are strictly non-refundable. No cash refunds, credits to payment methods, or exchanges for cash will be provided under any circumstances, including purchaser requests, changes in plans, or unused portions. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other goods, services, or monetary value except as explicitly permitted by FlyWithJordan management in limited cases (e.g., weather-related cancellations initiated by FlyWithJordan). All sales are final.
Validity Period
Flight Vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unredeemed services or value after the expiration date will be forfeited without any refund, credit, compensation, or extension unless otherwise determined solely by FlyWithJordan management.
Redemption
Vouchers may be used solely for the services specified at the time of purchase, including paragliding tandem flights, paramotor tandem flights, and instructional lessons. Redemption is subject to availability and requires advance scheduling by contacting FlyWithJordan. A digital copy of the voucher serves as proof of purchase and must be presented at redemption.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
All rescheduling and cancellation requests are governed by the FlyWithJordan Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Customer-initiated cancellations or failures to appear do not entitle the purchaser or voucher holder to any cash refund. Instead, such actions may result in forfeiture of the voucher, application of fees (deducted from value if applicable), or credit toward future services at FlyWithJordan's discretion. Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling initiated by FlyWithJordan are handled without fees, and the voucher remains fully valid (with possible extensions at management's sole discretion).
Weather and Safety Considerations
All services are weather- and safety-dependent. FlyWithJordan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service if conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases initiated by FlyWithJordan, no fees will apply, and the voucher will remain valid or may be extended at FlyWithJordan’s sole discretion. Cash refunds may be issued in certain circumstances at the sole discretion of FlyWithJordan.
Misuse or Fraud
FlyWithJordan reserves the right to void any voucher without refund or compensation in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Liability Disclaimer
FlyWithJordan shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of vouchers. The purchaser and/or holder is solely responsible for safekeeping the voucher.
Amendments
FlyWithJordan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on the official FlyWithJordan website or upon request.

FlyWithJordan Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
(Applicable to gift cards, tandem flight vouchers, and instructional lessons purchased through FlyWithJordan)
This policy applies to all bookings and redemptions. FlyWithJordan Flight Vouchers are non-refundable; no cash refunds will be issued for customer-initiated cancellations, rescheduling issues, or no-shows.
Cancellations with 48+ Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment incur no fee. The voucher remains fully valid for future redemption (subject to availability and the original validity period). No cash refund or credit to the original payment method will be provided.
Cancellations Between 24–48 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $40 administrative fee (deducted from the voucher's value if applicable). The remaining voucher value remains available for future redemption. No cash refund will be issued.Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $60 administrative fee (deducted from the voucher's value if applicable). The remaining voucher value remains available for future redemption. No cash refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
48+ hours’ notice: Rescheduling is free of charge (subject to availability).
Less than 48 hours’ notice: Rescheduling is permitted only at FlyWithJordan’s sole discretion and may incur the applicable administrative fee outlined above if treated as a cancellation equivalent. No cash refund will apply.
Weather-Related Cancellations or Rescheduling
If FlyWithJordan cancels or reschedules a flight due to weather or safety concerns, no fees will apply, and the voucher remains fully valid for future use. Extensions to the voucher’s validity period may be granted at FlyWithJordan’s sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of the voucher with no refund, credit, or compensation.
Refunds & Processing
FlyWithJordan does not issue cash refunds for vouchers under any customer-initiated circumstances. Any approved adjustments (e.g., fee waivers or extensions) are at management’s sole discretion and will be handled as voucher credits or validity extensions only. Processing of any such adjustments will occur within 10 business days where applicable.
Management Discretion
FlyWithJordan reserves the right to waive fees, grant exceptions, extend validity, or offer future service credits on a case-by-case basis. All decisions are final and do not create an obligation for cash refunds.
These revisions ensure FlyWithJordan avoids paying any fees or cash amounts for purchaser-requested refunds while maintaining a customer-friendly approach through voucher retention, potential extensions, or discretionary credits. If your jurisdiction has specific consumer protection laws (e.g., mandatory cooling-off periods or exceptions for certain cancellations), consult a local legal professional to confirm compliance.
